01Choose the action you need
| Action | Result |
| Delete Community account | Removes the optional 16+ account, profile, published presets or posts and associated Community information, subject to limited legal, security and moderation retention. |
| Disconnect Google Drive or Dropbox | Stops future authorized access. Saved source indexes or cache may remain until separately removed. |
| Disconnect WebDAV or SMB/NAS | Removes the saved connection from the app. It does not delete original files from the private server or share. |
| Remove a saved source library | Removes local song entries, metadata and artwork for that source. Original provider/server files and separately managed cache are not deleted. |
| Clear audio cache | Removes partial or complete downloaded copies from the Android app area. Original cloud/server files remain untouched. |
| Clear app data or uninstall | Removes local settings, playlists, profiles, source indexes, cached audio and editor projects. Original music files remain untouched. |
| Cancel Google Play subscription | Stops future renewal. This is separate from account deletion, disconnecting a source and uninstalling the app. |

ConfirmationCompletion notice
Account deletion is irreversible. Community profile content, published presets and posts may be permanently removed or anonymized.
03What Community deletion removes or de-links
- Name, email, avatar, username, biography, country and optional creator fields.
- Authentication link and unique Community account identifier.
- Published presets, segment configurations, profile cards, posts, descriptions, tags and cover images.
- Comments, likes, favorites, follows, reposts, reports, creator subscriptions and notifications where technically and legally permitted.
- Age-confirmation and optional marketing-choice records not required for legal or security purposes.
- Other account-linked Community preferences stored online.
Content already reshared or quoted by another user may be removed, de-linked or anonymized depending on the feature and technical constraints.
04Disconnect Google Drive, Dropbox, WebDAV or SMB/NAS
Google Drive
Use the Google Drive connection actions in UNIFY Music to disconnect. You can also revoke the app from your Google Account's connected-app or security settings. Google Drive files are not deleted.
Dropbox
Disconnect inside UNIFY Music and, if desired, revoke authorization in Dropbox account settings. Dropbox files are not deleted.
WebDAV
Use the saved connection's action menu and choose Disconnect WebDAV. This removes the saved connection and source library according to the confirmation shown in the app. Original server files are not deleted.
SMB/NAS
Use the saved SMB connection action to disconnect or remove the connection. This does not delete files from the NAS or network share.
Connection removal and cache removal are separate. A disconnected source can leave completed cached audio on the device when the user has enabled keep-after-disconnect.
05Remove source indexes and cached audio
Remove saved library
Removing a saved source library deletes local entries, metadata and artwork associated with that source. It does not delete original music in Google Drive, Dropbox, WebDAV or SMB/NAS.
Clear audio cache
Use the app's source or cache settings to clear downloaded audio. A currently playing file may remain protected until playback ends. Android can also clear app cache automatically when storage is low.
Progressive or temporary playback data
When cache is off, the current remote song may still be downloaded temporarily for playback and removed after use. Seeking may create additional temporary ranges.
06Remove local app data
To remove local UNIFY Music information:
- Delete playlists, presets, profiles, editor projects, lyrics, notes or downloaded Community content inside the app where available.
- Open Android Settings → Apps → UNIFY Hi-Res Music Player Pro → Storage.
- Choose Clear storage/data, clear cache, or uninstall the app.
This can remove local databases, equalizer profiles, playlists, source indexes, authorization or server connection information, artwork references, cached audio and preferences.
Original music is not removed merely by clearing app data. Files stored outside the app area remain unless the user separately deletes them through Android, the cloud provider or the server.
07Report or remove an underage Community account
Community is 16+ only. Users aged 13–15 may use the core player and private storage functions, but may not hold a Community account or participate in Community.
A user, parent or guardian who believes a person under 16 is using Community may email namtruyenpro95@gmail.com with the subject Underage Community Account.
Include the known username, display name or account email. Community access may be temporarily restricted during investigation. Confirmed underage Community data may be deleted or anonymized without waiting for a standard account-deletion request.
08What may remain for a limited purpose
- Anonymous or aggregate statistics that no longer identify the user.
- Purchase or transaction records required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
- Short-lived encrypted backups, security logs and diagnostic records.
- Moderation records reasonably needed to prevent repeated abuse or age-gate evasion.
- A minimal hashed suppression record where needed to honor an email opt-out or prevent an underage Community account from returning.
09Google Play subscriptions and purchases
Deleting an account, disconnecting storage, clearing data or uninstalling UNIFY Music does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Cancel from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Purchase records and eligible entitlements are controlled by the Google account used for the purchase.
