01Acceptance
By installing or using UNIFY Music, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Rules for local and connected-source playback, Community participation, Premium products, server availability and user safety.
By installing or using UNIFY Music, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Local playback, equalizer tools and user-controlled Google Drive, Dropbox, WebDAV and SMB/NAS playback require a minimum age of 13, subject to provider and local-law requirements.
Community access, accounts, profiles, posts, publishing, downloads and every Community interaction require a minimum age of 16.
UNIFY Music is an Android music player and audio-processing application. Features may include local music, personal cloud and private-server sources, progressive cache, playlists, lyrics, metadata editing, 16-band or 31-band equalizer, AGC AI-Mastering, limiter, compressor, noise gate, reverb, 3D audio, profiles, timers, Music Editor Pro and an optional online Community.
You may connect only accounts, folders, servers and shares that you own or are authorized to use.
You authorize the app to read the selected personal folder and supported audio needed for library and playback functions. Removing the saved source does not delete the original Dropbox files.
You are responsible for the server address, folder, credentials and permission to access the content. HTTPS is recommended. App passwords should be used when the provider requires them.
You are responsible for the server, share, local network, user account, password, domain or workgroup and file permissions. Do not expose an insecure SMB service directly to the public internet.
UNIFY Music may store metadata, artwork, source indexes and partial or complete audio in the Android app area. Clearing cache, removing a source library or disconnecting does not delete original files from the provider or server.
You are responsible for having the right to access, play, edit, display or cache music, lyrics, artwork and metadata used with UNIFY Music. The developer does not claim ownership of your original music files.
You grant the app only the technical permission needed to scan, display, process, stream, cache and play the selected content.
Equalizer gain, bass enhancement, volume boosting, AGC, compression, limiting and spatial effects can increase perceived loudness. Start at a low volume and stop using settings that cause pain, discomfort, clipping or distortion.
Output varies by Android version, hardware, headphones, speakers, network and media source. Not every feature behaves identically on every configuration.
Eligible users are responsible for account security, profile information and all material they publish. Community content may include presets, Music Editor Pro segment configurations, profile cards, posts, titles, descriptions, tags, cover images, comments and reposts.
You must not publish or engage in content that is:
Users may report and block Community accounts or content. Reports may be reviewed through automated checks and human moderation. Moderation reduces risk but cannot guarantee immediate detection of every harmful item.
You retain ownership of original content you submit. By publishing Community content, you grant UNIFY Music a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, format, display and distribute it only for operating, moderating, sharing and promoting the Community feature.
This license does not grant UNIFY Music ownership of your original private songs. Private local, cloud and server files are not included merely because they were used during playback or preset creation.
Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime purchases primarily unlock eligible on-device, offline and supported player functionality shown on the purchase screen, such as advanced playback, equalizer and audio processing, effects, personalization, profiles and other supported app features.
Community profiles, posts, presets, publishing, downloads, comments, follows, likes, favorites, reposts, creator tools, notifications and other developer-operated server functions are provided as an additional support feature. They are not guaranteed as part of any Premium purchase and are not guaranteed for the full billing period or for the lifetime of the app.
Premium status may provide incidental Community benefits, such as a Premium badge, higher limits or additional creator tools. Those benefits do not convert Community into a permanently guaranteed Premium service.
Community requires continuing expenditure for servers, databases, storage, bandwidth, moderation, abuse prevention, security and maintenance. We may modify, limit, temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue some or all Community functions when continued operation is no longer technically, legally, financially or operationally sustainable.
Google Drive, Dropbox, WebDAV, SMB/NAS and Community rely on network connectivity, third-party providers, user servers, authentication and technical compatibility. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of provider outages, revoked access, changed APIs, network errors, server configuration or maintenance.
Community and other developer-operated online functions may be changed, rate-limited, suspended or discontinued for security, legal, compatibility, operational or product reasons.
You must not:
UNIFY Music may remove content, limit visibility, disable Community functions, suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate reports, comply with law or address security risks.
Community access may be immediately suspended when a user is reasonably believed to be under 16. Core app access may be restricted when a user is under 13 or otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
Disconnecting a private storage source and deleting a Community account are separate actions. See Account, Connected Sources & Data Deletion.
UNIFY Music is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee compatibility with every Android device, storage provider, WebDAV server, SMB/NAS configuration, network, codec or audio route.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss caused by unsafe volume settings, incompatible hardware, provider outages, server misconfiguration, unauthorized user content, deleted local cache or failure to maintain backups. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
These Terms may be updated as the app, providers, connected services or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be announced through appropriate app, website, Play Store or account channels.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without limiting non-waivable consumer or privacy rights that apply in the user's country or region.
