03What is deleted or de-linked

  • Name, email, avatar, username, biography, country and optional creator fields.
  • Authentication link and unique Community account identifier.
  • Published equalizer presets, segment configurations, descriptions, tags and cover images.
  • Comments, likes, favorites, follows, reposts, reports, creator subscriptions and notifications where technically and legally permitted.
  • Age-confirmation and optional marketing-choice records not required for legal or security purposes.
  • Other account-linked preferences stored online.

Content already reshared or quoted by another user may be removed, de-linked or anonymized depending on the feature and technical constraints.

04What may remain for a limited purpose

  • Anonymous or aggregated statistics that no longer identify the user.
  • Purchase or transaction records required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
  • Short-lived encrypted backups, security logs and diagnostic records.
  • Moderation records reasonably needed to prevent repeated abuse or evasion.
  • A minimal hashed suppression entry where needed to honor an email opt-out or prevent an underage account from re-entering Community.

05Report or remove an underage Community account

Community Presets is 16+ only. Users aged 13–15 may use the core local app, but may not hold a Community account or access Community functions.

A user, parent or guardian who believes a person under 16 is using Community Presets may email namtruyenpro95@gmail.com with the subject Underage Community Account.

Include the known username, display name or account email. We may temporarily restrict Community access while investigating. Confirmed underage Community accounts may be deleted or anonymized without waiting for a standard account-deletion request.

06Remove local app data

Deleting a Community account does not automatically remove locally stored settings or downloaded presets. To remove local UNIFY EQ data:

  1. Delete presets, profiles, playlists, editor projects or downloaded Community items from inside the app where available.
  2. Open Android Settings → Apps → UNIFY Equalizer Bass Booster → Storage.
  3. Choose Clear storage/data, or uninstall the app.

This may remove local databases, equalizer profiles, artwork references, preferences, cached Community content and exported or imported configuration data stored inside the app area. Original music files remain untouched unless the user separately deletes them.

07Google Play subscriptions and purchases

Deleting an account, clearing local data or uninstalling UNIFY EQ does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Cancel from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Purchase records and eligible entitlements are controlled by the Google account used for the purchase.

Community account status and Premium billing are separate. Deleting or losing access to Community does not cancel a Google Play subscription and does not remove eligible core Premium functionality that remains supported in the app. Community is not guaranteed as a permanent part of Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime Premium.
