01Acceptance

By installing or using UNIFY EQ, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02Age eligibility

• Users under 13 may not use UNIFY EQ.
• Users aged 13–15 may use the core app but may not access or participate in Community Presets.
• Community actions include browsing the gated Community area, downloading or publishing presets, profiles, comments, follows, likes, favorites, reposts, reports, creator subscriptions and other interactions.
• No parental-consent exception permits a user under 16 to enter Community Presets.
• If local law requires a higher age, the higher age applies.

03Description of the service

UNIFY EQ is an Android equalizer, bass and volume booster, local music player and audio-processing application. Features may include 16-band and 31-band EQ, profiles, presets, AGC AI-Mastering, limiter, compressor, noise gate, reverb, 3D audio, spatial motion, visualizers, themes, playlists, lyrics, timers, Music Editor Pro and an optional online preset Community.

04Your music and local content

You are responsible for having the right to access, play, edit or display music, lyrics, artwork and metadata used with UNIFY EQ. The developer does not claim ownership of your original music files.

You grant the app only the technical permission needed to scan, display, process and play selected local content on the Android device.

05Audio processing and hearing safety

Equalizer gain, bass enhancement, volume boosting, AGC, compression, limiting and spatial effects can materially increase perceived loudness. Start at a low volume and stop using settings that cause pain, discomfort, clipping or distortion.

Sound output varies by device, Android version, audio route, headphones, speakers and media source. Not every feature works identically on every configuration.

06Community Presets — 16+ rules

Eligible users are responsible for account security, profile information and all material they publish. Community content may include equalizer presets, Music Editor Pro segment configurations, titles, descriptions, tags, cover images, comments, reposts and creator profiles.

You must not publish or engage in content that is:

• Illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, threatening or harassing.
• Misleading, fraudulent, impersonating another person or intended to scam users.
• Spam, repetitive promotion, engagement manipulation or coordinated abuse.
• Malware, phishing, unsafe links or instructions intended to compromise a device or account.
• Privacy-invasive or containing another person's personal information without permission.
• Infringing music, artwork, image, trademark, copyright or other rights.
• Designed to evade moderation, an age gate, a suspension or a content restriction.

Users may report and block Community accounts or content. Reports may be reviewed by automated systems and human moderators. Moderation tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every harmful item will be detected immediately.

07Your Community content and license

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By publishing Community content, you grant UNIFY EQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, format, translate where needed, display and distribute that content only for operating, moderating, sharing and promoting the Community feature.

This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup, legal, security and moderation retention, and copies already legitimately shared by other users where removal is not technically immediate.

08Premium products, subscriptions and trials

• Prices, billing periods, trial duration and renewal terms are displayed by Google Play before purchase.
• Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled through Google Play.
• Uninstalling the app or deleting a Community account does not cancel a subscription.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases for eligible Premium app functionality while the app remains supported and available, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law.
• Premium entitlement may require periodic purchase validation.

08ACommunity is separate from Premium

Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime purchases primarily unlock eligible on-device and offline Premium functionality shown on the purchase screen, such as advanced equalizer bands, audio processing, effects, personalization, saved profiles and other supported app features.

Community Presets, public profiles, publishing, downloads, comments, follows, likes, favorites, reposts, creator tools, notifications and other server-dependent functions are provided as an additional support feature. They are not guaranteed as part of any Premium purchase and are not guaranteed for the full billing period or for the lifetime of the app.

Premium status may provide incidental Community benefits, such as a Premium badge, higher limits or additional creator tools. Those benefits do not convert Community into a permanently guaranteed Premium service.

Community requires continuing expenditure for servers, databases, storage, bandwidth, moderation, abuse prevention, security and maintenance. We may modify, limit, temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue some or all Community functions when continued operation is no longer technically, legally, financially or operationally sustainable.

• Lifetime means eligible Premium app functionality for the supported lifetime of the app. It does not mean lifetime access to Community servers.
• The end of Community service does not remove eligible core Premium functionality that remains supported in the app.
• Where reasonably practical, advance notice will be given before permanently discontinuing a major Community service.
• Community discontinuation does not automatically create a refund right, except where required by applicable law or Google Play policy.

09Online Community availability

Community Presets relies on online infrastructure, authentication, databases, moderation and network connectivity. Online features may be changed, rate-limited, suspended or discontinued for security, compatibility, legal, operational or product reasons.

Where practical, material permanent changes to major online functions will be announced in advance.

10Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use UNIFY EQ in violation of law or another person's rights.
• Attempt to bypass the 13+ core-app rule or the 16+ Community rule.
• Interfere with security, authentication, billing, moderation or server operations.
• Reverse engineer restricted server components where prohibited by law.
• Use bots, scripts or fake accounts to manipulate Community activity.
• Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access.

11Moderation, suspension and termination

UNIFY EQ may remove content, limit visibility, disable Community functions, suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate reports, comply with law or address security risks.

Community access may be immediately suspended when a user is reasonably believed to be under 16. Core app access may be restricted when a user is under 13 or otherwise ineligible under applicable law.

12Disclaimers and limitation of liability

UNIFY EQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Android device, identical audio output across hardware, or uninterrupted Community availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss caused by unsafe volume settings, incompatible hardware, corrupted local data, unauthorized user content or unavailable third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

13Changes and governing law

These Terms may be updated as the app, online services or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be announced through appropriate app, website, Play Store or account channels.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without limiting non-waivable consumer or privacy rights that apply in the user's country or region.
